I have to tell you that even in the middle of horrible days there are always bright spots... I was pulling my pics off the camera from yesterday and found a few cute ones of Ky. This one is from today... about two hours ago she decided that she would sit up and play. WOW! Floored us all! Well Joe seemed to think she was just missing daddy since he had been gone all day.
And then I found THIS!! LMAO - I thought I had totally blurred it when I took it because he was running from the camera!! Here is Joe... on his way to the OR when we were in our "holding room" right before Ky's surgery ... about 6 am....... (oh god he's gonna kill me!!!!!)
NOTE TO SELF:
Payback is a BE OTCH right Joe? Never attempt to outwit a photographer... my trigger finger will always be faster than yours! Just because Joe decided to be lovely and TRY to outwit me with his cell phone camera................. AND for attempting to pack ANOTHER 50 lbs on me by getting me addicted to Mt. Dew cake... I mean REALLY what could be better in life? Mt Dew PLUS cake???

I am praying for Ky and hope that she continues to grow strong and healthy. That is an amazing picture of Joe. I have known him for 16 years and have never seen a more natural, beautiful picture of him. Would you please email it to me?
